The 1957 Chevrolet options sheet reads much like the 1956 edition except for the Turboglide and the new engines.

All accessories or options did cost less on the 57 Chevy, which was a good thing for the motoring public.

For example, power steering was now $70.00, down $20.00, air conditioning was $5.00 less at $425.00, though power brakes were up $12.00 to $54.00. Power windows cost $59.00 for two doors and $102.00 on four door models, while the power seat came in at $43.00.

Chevy continued to list seatbelts and shoulder harnesses along with the usual odd stuff such as Kool Kooshins, radiator insect screen, traffic light viewer and foot pump windshield washer.

Probably the most unusual new accessory offered on the 1956 Chevy had to be the automatic top raiser on the Belair Convertible. It was not available on the 1957 Chevrolet. Items worth mentioning here were the spinners offered for the optional full disc wheel covers and a new tri-note horn.
